The Qualities Of A Teacher

Again mother Theodora said that a teacher should be a stranger to the love of domination, and to vainglory, and even more distant from pride. He should not be one who is deluded by flattery, nor blinded by gifts, nor conquered by the stomach, nor ruled by anger. He should be patient and gentle, and humble as best he can be. He should be proven and enduring, full of care, and a lover of souls.
