Ἦλθέ τις τῶν γερόντων πρὸς τὸν ἀββᾶν Θεόδωρον, και εἷπεν αὐτῷ· Ἰδοὺ ὁ δεῖνα ὁ αδελφος ὑπέστρεψεν εις τὸν κόσμον. Και εἷπεν αὐτῷ ὁ γερων· Ἐπι τούτῳ θαυμάζεις; μὴ θαυμαζῃς, ἀλλὰ θαύμασον μᾶλλον ἐὰν ἀκούσῃς ὅτι ἠδυνήθη τις ἐκφυγειν ἀπὸ τοῦ στόματος τοῦ ἐχθροῦ. One of the elders come to Father Theodoros and said to him, 'Behold,  a wonder, a brother has gone back to the world.' And he replied, 'Why are you amazed?
